Each year, all new freshmen are invited to read a book chosen by the faculty and staff that will be used throughout the year both inside and outside the classroom. This common read allows students, faculty, and staff to have a shared experience for exchanging ideas so that conversations, discussions, and debates can expand learning beyond the classroom.

For 2016-2017, the Common Read book is “Thinking In Pictures: My Life With Autism” by Temple Grandin.

We are currently taking recommendations for the book for the 2017-2018 Common Read.
